Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had comfortable rooms and plenty of onsite parking, which was great for us with a baby. However, the noise level was a drawback as we couldn't sleep until after 4 am due to shouting when everyone returned from town.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were bright, cheerful, and spacious, equipped with all the essentials like towels, toiletries, and coffee making facilities. They were clean and comfy, providing a quiet area for a restful sleep. However, they were not as soundproof as expected, and a good clean and paint would be beneficial.
The hotel offers nice rooms, although a bit generic and similar to others in this price range. My room felt spacious but a bit cold upon arrival; thankfully, no other issues. There were cleanliness concerns, with a dirty toilet seat and bath upon check-in.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, with easy access to everything I needed, but the room had some drawbacks like noise from the lift and lack of a good view. The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly staff, but the early morning hoovering was a bit of a nuisance. The dining options were enjoyable, and the facilities were decent overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were average; they were clean, but the furniture was old and in need of replacement. However, the warmth of the place and good food made up for it. The service was initially a bit stretched but later turned out to be accommodating. The location was convenient for sightseeing but had some cleanliness issues. The dining offered good options, but the temperature of the food was not consistent.
I had a pleasant stay at The Heights. The rooms were nice and quiet, making for a comfortable stay; however, the noise from the ventilation system was a bit bothersome till late. The service was outstanding, with staff members like Ivor, Joan, Paula, Natalie, and Olga going above and beyond to meet our needs. The location, though slightly outside the town center, was perfect for a restful sleep away from the hustle. The dining experience surpassed expectations with a lovely breakfast spread. The facilities were well-equipped, adding convenience to our stay.
The hotel offers very spacious rooms but unfortunately, mine was located next to a noisy ventilation system, making it quite bothersome until late in the evening. The rooms are large but come with a poor view considering the room price.
The hotel had clean and brightly decorated rooms, though it was very loud until late at night with people returning from town, causing disturbances. The friendly and efficient service, especially the short blonde hair girl in the bar/restaurant, made up for the noise. The location was convenient for accessing Killarney town center and the Ring of Kerry, even though the building could use some brightening up and better lighting. The dining experience was good with attentive staff, providing plenty of options for a cut above typical hotel breakfasts.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were warm, clean, and well-laid out for families, but there were some issues with room maintenance. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. The location was convenient for exploring the area, although a bit outside the town center. The dining experience was mixed, with some aspects needing improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff were fantastic to deal with, but there were some issues with the rooms and dining options. The location was convenient for exploring Killarney, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel's rooms were nice and big, well-painted, and welcoming, equipped with a safe and a small fridge which was convenient. The service was excellent, especially from the receptionist who was very pleasant and accommodating. The location was fabulous, close to everything needed but away from the town center's hustle and bustle. The dining experience offered a lovely variety of choices. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offered a clean and cozy room which was handy for storing baby essentials, although some refurbishment was needed for a 4-star experience. The service was a mix of dismissive management and efficient, professional staff. The location, although not quite meeting 4-star standards, was close to town with potential for improvements. The dining experience varied from good with choices to poor with limited hot food options.
